The project included designing the internal layout of a loft extension and renovating several rooms throughout the house.

With two growing boys, Emilia & Sean wanted to enhance their home to offer more space and flexibility while preserving its period charm. They sought additional bedrooms, practical storage solutions, and spaces that could adapt as their children grew.

• Loft Extension Design: We designed the internal layout of a loft extension to create an extra bedroom and ensuite. This space serves as both a comfortable bedroom for their son and an impressive guest suite, featuring bespoke storage solutions and clever use of reduced ceiling heights.

• Room Renovations: Multiple rooms throughout the house were renovated to meet the family’s needs and enhance overall functionality.

• Detailed Designs: Working closely with Emilia & Sean, we ensured they felt confident in their design decisions. Detailed designs were provided for bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and the family room, each area thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.

• Children's Bedrooms: Designed with longevity in mind, the boys' bedrooms feature styles that will grow with them, remaining functional and appealing over the years.

• Bathrooms: Two distinct bathroom concepts were created, each providing a suitable 'escape' from the pace of family life and spaces that now make Emilia & Sean proud to invite overnight guests.

The result is a beautifully designed and renovated Edwardian home that perfectly accommodates the family. They can now stay in the home they love, enjoying a harmonious blend of practicality and style that offers ample space and flexibility for years to come.
